Question: What is the decibel rating?
Answer: lower than 30db. I installed this in an Ice Cream Truck and it works awesome . 

Question: Does this fan have a 2 or 3 prong plug?
Answer: Actually, you can use it with 18V battery or AC adapter. 

Question: Is this waterproof?
Answer: No. It is for indoor use.

Question: Is the speed controlled by a pull chain? How about on/off?
Answer: It is one-knob stepless speed control. But there are 3-step dimming setting(High-Medium-Low).
